Sheri Krieger holds one of the most comprehensive educations in Aesthetics and Beauty in Central Indiana. Starting her career in Delaware, Sheri graduated from Venus Beauty Academy in 1996.

From there, she became a student of the craft, taking every opportunity to learn from some of the best practitioners in the world.

Her accomplishments include:

• Post-graduate work in Aesthetics and Advanced Facial Massage under Kay Acuazzo, the United States Liaison to the CIDESCO Board, the world standard for Beauty and Spa Therapy.

• Advanced Waxing Techniques, taught by Acuazzo's daughter, Kathleen Acuazzo-Martorelli.

• SkinMedica Skincare (physician dispensed skincare and chemical peel line)advanced training 2012, 8/2020, 5/11/22

• ZO Advanced Training and Chemical Peels (this is a physician dispensed skincare and treatment line) 8/2014

• Murad Advanced Skin Conditions taught to a private group of 25 by Dr. Howard Murad (founder of the world famous Murad Skincare line) himself.

• Phytomer Face and Body Training in Salt Lake City, Utah

• Phytomer Advanced Training in Saint Malo, France

• Brow Artistry Private Training and Master Classes with Kelley Baker, Brow Artist to the stars 6/8/2021, 4/7/2019, 4/8/2019

Sheri is also certified in Coolsculpting (she lead the department and worked directly with the overseeing physician), HydraFacials, Microneedling, PCA Skin Biology and Chemical Peels, Microblading and Brow Henna. She most recently traveled to France where she was able to work directly with chemists in the skincare industry. This gave her a hands on experience and a greater understanding of the creation of skincare, it's ingredients as well as production.

Sheri is passionate about passing on what she has learned to the next generation of Aestheticians. "I love to mentor", she says and "pay it forward through teaching". After 17 years in a variety of roles, including Operations and Aesthetics (under the original owner and founder,  MaiLou Humphries) at La Beaute' Spa du Jour on Indianapolis' north side, Sheri decided to branch out on her own in 2018.

In her spare time, Sheri trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under world-champion black belt Chris Howe at his school in Carmel, Indiana. She recently became the first female under Chris to earn the rank of Brown Belt.
